Fusion Credit Union is a financial co-operative whose members support each other through saving, and borrowing together. Our aims are to encourage members to save and to provide access to loans at reasonable rates of interest.

As a not-for-profit organisation, we’re owned and operated entirely by our members. If we make a profit, we share it between our members (or savers).

Membership is open to everyone who lives or works in the Lichfield District area. Membership is just £2 plus a minimum savings deposit of £1.

Fusion is run by a team of enthusiastic volunteers from the area and is part of a worldwide credit union movement, and one of over 300 successfully trading in the UK.

Fusion Credit Union is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority www.fsa.gov.uk and as such, all savings people place with us are guaranteed by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme www.fscs.org.uk.

Who supports Fusion?

We’re supported by Lichfield District Council, Lichfield City Council, Burntwood Town Council and many other local organisations, including Homezone Living who have kindly provided us with office accomodation.
