Fusion reported a record year at a very well attended AGM on Saturday 27th Feb 2010, held at its new administration offices in Edgeworth House, North Lichfield.

President, Pete Selwyn said that our credit union had performed strongly, with record increases in savings and loans during the financial year ending Sept 2009, which was reported at the AGM.

A 25% increase in membership has been achieved, a 30% increase in the loans and a 50% increase in savings.

Tribute was paid to Fusion’s dedicated team of volunteers, and in particular to Andreas Sarker. who is standing down as Secretary. Three new Directors were elected to the Board. Robin Taylor joins the board, Alison Readman takes over as Secretary, and Jackie Whittenbury becomes a board member after 2 years as volunteer coordinator.
