If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may be entitled to refer your complaint to Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). Further information about FOS can be obtained from their website www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk. Following the complaints procedure does not affect you right to take legal action.
Financial Services Compensation Scheme Our obligations are covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS).
